Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking with Wuff's Canine Health Clinic. All consultations are provided virtually and require the client intake form to be completed before your scheduled appointment. Please esnure all information regarding your dog's health history, current diet, supplements, medications, allergies, and any veterinary diagnoses is accurate and up to date. Veterinary records, bloodwork, or additional documents may be requested when applicable. Apppointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with a minium of 48 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment and missed appointments may not be eligible for a refund. Wuff's Canine Health Clinic provides canine nutrition, wellness guidance, and supportive care services. Our services are complementary to veterinary care and do not replace veterinary examinations, diagnosis, medical treatment, prescriptions, or emergency veterinary services. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms and understand the scope of services provided by Wuff's Canine Health Clinic.
